Dave is the brainchild and co-founder of Heirloom Design which launched on Earth Day 2021. Heirloom Design is a company that powers the circular economy through a block-chain technology that partners with furniture makers and manufacturers to redefining sustainability for the built environment. For two decades Dave has been a workplace thought leader who believes making work more human by creating spaces that inspire people and transform organizations is the best job in the world. Through careful listening, his consultative approach and attention to workplace performance by focusing on the employee experience has allowed him to be a strategic partner to some of the world’s largest organizations on the bleeding edge of global workplace innovation. In 2019, Dave was the founder of the ONEder Grant Program which provides research grants to the architectural and design community as a forum for exploration and research of the critical business drivers that impact the built environment.

Judd Rosengart

Judd is one of the co-founders of Heirloom Design. Heirloom Design is an organization that is on a mission to redefine sustainability for the built environment. For the last 15 years Judd has been a leader in the commercial furniture industry. His approach has always been people first led by transparency. Being on the forefront of product development and sales execution allows for a unique perspective into the needs and every changing trends of the workplace. A strategic thinker, Judd has prioritized the requirements of clients by leveraging global distribution and manufacturing. In March 2020, Judd joined the Executive Leadership Team at Uhuru Design where the core values encapsulate materiality and creativity. Uhuru believes that story telling through design has the power to shape and change the world. As a co-founder of Heirloom, there is a unique opportunity to challenge the industry’s dark secret: we throw everything in the trash.

David Charne

Co-Founder and CEO at Fyrn

David Charne is the CEO and Co-founder of Fyrn, a design and build company that combines classic craftsmanship with modern innovation to define the new shape of craft. Fyrn’s unique furniture system is redefining sustainability by utilizing patented hardware and proprietary manufacturing processes to create fully circular, American-made products.

Prior to Fyrn, David was a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, focused on the operational turnaround of distressed multi-channel retail companies, most recently as the COO at Talbots. He is also a board member and strategic advisor in performance improvement of financially stable companies and the growth of emerging brands.

Paul Mabe

Through his extensive work experience for brands like Patagonia, Gap, American Eagle Outfitters and two, Paul Mabe has proven what it means to be a cross-functional leader. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for storytelling, through his career he has developed and executed strategies for top brands. As the Architectural and Design manager at two, he is guided by a strong belief in educating, motivating and activating internal and external customers to partner in creating beautiful and sustainable spaces that truly reflect the organizations that inhabit their space.

As Firm-wide Director of Interior Design as well as the Chair of HOK’s Interiors Board, Tom’s responsibilities and achievements in the firm’s high-profile design market are remarkable. He has over 30 years of expertise in managing the design of corporate office projects for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. He has served as the principal designer on hundreds of projects. Educated, trained, and licensed as an architect, Tom brings a unique perspective to interior design; his focus is on creating an exceptional three-dimensional space for clients.

Lisa Britz

Lisa Britz is the Director of Workplace Design at LinkedIn and is responsible for creating spaces that enable employees to do the best work of their career. She is an expert in inclusive design and her mission is to create spaces that deeply resonate with messy, beautiful, complex humans – places where relationships are center stage. She loves leading teams of passionate creatives.

Details are important to Lisa.  She considers every aspect of space thoughtfully, from the way people move through a space to the scale of furniture used.  She strives to create environments that fuel our triumphant days and hold us in respite on days that confusion or disappointment rise up. She foundationally believes failure is the best way to learn and grow. Her work has been featured in publications such as Metropolis Magazine, Architectural Record, and The New York Times.
